Meet the Founder

Darlene Taylor is the President, CEO, and Owner of Dios Fuerza, a full-service firm specializing in bookkeeping, medical revenue cycle, process improvement, and project management. She is a results-driven leader with a passion for helping businesses operate smarter, stronger, and more efficiently. Through a detail-oriented approach and an unwavering commitment to accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, Darlene partners with organizations to streamline operations, enhance financial clarity, and build sustainable systems that support long-term growth.

Dios Fuerza was born out of both resilience and purpose during one of the most challenging seasons of Darlene’s life. As a single mother of two, she was supported by a close-knit family that valued strength, perseverance, and unity. During this time, she also played a key role in helping her younger brother launch his electrician business, managing the financial side while he pursued his trade. Together, they built a strong foundation and shared a vision for success.

That journey took an unexpected turn when her brother was diagnosed with cancer. What followed was a deeply emotional and transformative experience for their entire family. Darlene became a fierce advocate, helping navigate the complexities of the healthcare system-coordinating care, managing insurance challenges, and ensuring her brother received the support he needed. Drawing from her professional background in revenue cycle management, she understood the critical importance of medical necessity, financial clarity, and patient advocacy in ways that became profoundly personal.

When his condition worsened, Darlene made the difficult decision to step away from her career to care for him fully. At the same time, she needed a way to support her family with flexibility during an uncertain time. From that moment, Dios Fuerza. was created.

The name Dios Fuerza stands for “God Strength” - a reflection of the faith and resilience that carried her family through hardship and continues to inspire the company’s mission today. After her brother’s passing, Darlene chose to continue building the business not only as a professional endeavor, but as a tribute to his memory and a testament to the strength that can be found even in life’s most difficult moments.

Today, Darlene leads Dios Fuerza with compassion, precision, and purpose- helping clients navigate their own challenges with clarity, confidence, and strength.
